GT74LVC3G04
The operating voltage range of the single inverter is 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The GT74LVC3G04 device contains triple inverter and performs the Boolean function Y=A. The CMOS device has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
